Our Manufacturing Standards
Every item is hand-assembled in eastern North Carolina, USA from high-quality materials. We endeavor to list the materials used in the item descriptions. Depending on the size of bracelets ordered, bead counts will vary. Retail vs. Fundraising/Wholesale
Retail orders are from 1 to 23 items. You may mix and match jewelry items, styles and sizes. All retail orders must be prepaid with a credit card, money order or check. Checks must clear before an order is shipped. ADT pledges 10% of all retail order purchases to one of 3 charities. Please select which charity you would prefer if you have a preference. Donations are made to each of the charities at the end of each business quarter. To learn more, click here.
Fundraising/Wholesale orders begin at 24 items. You may mix and match jewelry items, styles and sizes. Each order at the wholesale level must meet the minimum required number of items. Orders that are prepaid with a credit card on file, check or money order will receive free shipping. Net 30 orders must be pre-approved, and shipping charges will apply. Late payments will incur a 1 ½% monthly fee on any outstanding balance.
Ordering/Payment
Retail, fundraising and wholesale orders may be placed by phone, mail or through our website 24/7. If using mail, download the appropriate order form and return it to us with your credit card information or check. Checks must clear prior to shipping. Website orders can take Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® or American Express® through the secure PayPal checkout. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use the checkout. Phone, mail or credit card orders will not be charged until the order is shipped.
Delivery Schedule
Please allow 2 weeks from the time you order to receiving your purchase. If an item is in stock, it will be mailed sooner.
Fundraising/wholesale orders generally take 2 weeks from your order to delivery.
Mid-spring is our busiest time of the year with many large orders for Relay events. Please plan your needs and allow for ample delivery time. Orders over 100 items may take longer. Please call for delivery time estimate.
Sales Tax
Only North Carolina residents are required to pay sales tax. The current tax rate is 6.75% based on the purchase plus shipping. Depending on the county you reside in, your sales tax may vary. North Carolina fundraising or wholesale accounts must provide current resale information or IRS 501-C3 documentation or sales tax will be charged.
Shipping
All items are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Items shipped to multiple addresses require postage fees for each address. If we have your email, you will receive notification from the USPS when your item has shipped. Pre-paid wholesale orders ship for free. Net 30 wholesale orders incur shipping charges.
Returns/Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any of our standard items for a different size or coloration, providing the original purchase is returned within 30 days of the delivery confirmation, and a check or money order for return postage via Priority or First Class mail is included. Please call ahead to arrange for an exchange so that your order will be ready to ship as quickly as possible. If exchanging, please include your name, address, phone, and desired new size/color. ADT does not accept returns unless an item is defective and returned within 30 days of delivery confirmation date. Custom colorations or sizes are non-returnable.
Custom Orders
ADT welcomes custom orders for individuals and fundraisers. We have an extensive cause list beyond what is on our website. We can work with you for your own color combination specific to your needs. Please call during standard weekday business hours for further information or a quote on what you have in mind. All custom orders are non-returnable.
